Book a Class
Kynd App
Download the Kynd Studio app in the app store (iPhone) or google play (android). The app will allow you to sign up for membership or pass, book your classes, manage your booking (cancel and reschedule classes), contact Claudia and access on-demand video classes and workshops.
New to Kynd?
Arrive 10 minutes before class to sign in, learn about the studio, meet your teacher, set up your mat and let us know anything important about you. Pop your phone on do-not-disturb and keep it minimal - bring some water, a towel if you wish and a mat. Our skilled teachers will support you throughout the class and give you options to suit your level. If someone doesn't feel good, please let us know. You're always welcome to take breaks at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel A Class
We have a very lenient 4 hour cancellation policy to allow as many people to attend classes as possible. Simply cancel your class the same way that you booked (through our app or via the website).
Your Bookings Are Your Responsibility
Please do not book classes you don't intend on attending. We often have waitlisted classes and other members miss out when you don't show up. It also disrupts our planning and class flow if we think you're coming but you don't show up.
How to Cancel
We cannot accept cancellations via email, text, the app or social media. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the class starts will get the session or credit back. Late cancellations made less than 4 hours before class starts will forfeit the session. No-shows and absences will be charged.
PASS HOLDERS (CASUAL, 10 CLASS PASS, SESSION-BASED PACKS)
If you late cancel or are absent from your booked class, you will forfeit that class from your pass.
MEMBERS
Late cancels will result in a $2 fee. Absences (no-shows) will incur a $5 fee. Members get 1 x fee waived per calendar month. Fees are charged to your card on file. If we cannot charge your card, your membership will be suspended.
UNLIMITED INTRO OFFER PASSES
No-shows (absences) will incur a $10 fee. Late cancels will incur a $5 fee. Fees are charged to your card on file. If we cannot charge your card, your pass will be suspended.
Working The Waitlist
Our waitlist ensures that everybody gets a chance to access classes. Adding yourself to the waitlist means that you are committed to coming to that class. If something comes up, please cancel from the waitlist as you would cancel out of a class. You will be notified (by email, text or app, depending on your communication preferences) when you have been moved into the class. You can accept your spot. If you do not do anything, we assume that you are coming.
