Hey, it’s Claudia here! I’m Kynd and Kynd is me. I began my teaching journey at age 19 (which was 10 years ago now) and I can honestly say that my life has truly changed more than I could have imagined. 

I’ve been practicing yoga and Pilates for half of my life (and I’m not even 30). I’ve taught for the biggest studios in the South East (and Australia’s biggest wellness companies too), I get requests to teach and speak on wellness, yoga and Pilates weekly and make it my priority to be in studio with you all whilst also teaching for large companies and corporations throughout the year too.

I regularly teach for the Department of Defence, have taught for Wanderlust Festivals, Crystalbrook Collection, Cannes in Cairns, Cairns Base Hospital, the RSL Subbranch and many more. And nothing gives me more joy than sharing my passion for yoga and Pilates with as many people as I can!

My life has truly transformed since I found yoga and Pilates at 15 years old. I was on the path to becoming a Dietitian and ended up becoming a Speech Pathologist for a moment before I knew that the corporate world just wasn’t the path for me (but I still love to talk about language and literacy). I completed all of my studies in yoga, barre and pilates whilst finishing my Honours degree and have since completed thousands of hours of study in yoga, Pilates, I’ve completed Diplomas and advanced courses from teaching, injuries, pregnancies to philosophy and adult learning (andragogy). It’s a gift that I feel so privileged to train up Cairns’ next generation of teachers and share myself and my incredible team of Angels with you!

You will not find a more experienced, passionate and knowledgeable trainer in Cairns across all of these modalities. I can’t wait to share what I believe is my life’s work with you!
